Stripe: This is our preferred method of payment. We accept Stripe from “Confirmed Addresses Only!” This is the fastest and most efficient way for us to process your order.

Credit Card Payments – Visa, Master Card, Discover & AmEx – Stripe will accept your credit card even if you do not have a Stripe account.

Company Checks: We do not accept company checks.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been placed, our goal is to get it processed as fast as possible.

If you need to cancel your purchase, give us a call or send us an email within 24 hours and we will see what we can do!

In the event of a cancellation, your money will be credited as a NewEraHats.ca  coupon code.We cannot accept returns or exchanges, ALL SALES FINAL  .Please read carefully our payment policy & shipping method.

If  we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.

Terms of use

The following terms and conditions of use are an agreement (the “Agreement”) between NewEraHats.ca  and you. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement.

Shipping Method

Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your shipment will arrive according to the schedule below :

(Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days). To follow this schedule, your order must also be placed before 11 a.m.

Western Time and be shipped to the address listed with your credit card  as your official billing address.

Standard Ground: arrives within 5–7 business days of shipping.

Most orders from NewEraHats.ca  will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please be aware that we observe most national holidays and therefore you may see a slight delay in processing your orders around holidays.

New Era Hats  is not responsible for shipments held at the border, border delays, border fees, duties or taxes.

If you can’t sign in, contact us immediately. If your account has been used without your permission, we’ll work with you to secure your account. We’ll request that you change your password and may place a temporary hold on your account.

  1. Change the password on your personal email account.

If someone can access your email, they may be able to access your NewEraHats account. Make sure that the password for your email account is different from your NewEraHats password.

  1. Secure your NewEraHats account.

Request a new NewEraHtas  password.To confirm your identity, you’ll be prompted to answer a few questions. Once you’ve answered at least one of the questions, we’ll send you an email with instructions for changing your password. If you don’t receive an email, make sure that the email address listed on your account is correct. Then, check the spam filtering settings on your email account to see if the filter is preventing you from receiving email from NewEraHats. Read tips for creating a secure password.

Change the secret question and answer on your account. If you don’t have a secret question, you can create one now. Read tips on choosing an effective secret question.

Verify the contact information on your account. If your account was compromised, the contact information may have been changed without your permission.

  1. Protect your identity.

Keeping your identity safe is important to us. We help make sure that confidential information can’t be accessed through your NewEraHats  account. However, if you provided confidential information through a fake website or by replying to a fake email, you should take measures to protect your identity.
